fulfilling a Better me. Excellence!

this chapter of my life has been an amazing journey.
the uPs n the DOwNs.
i truely have grown and have also learn to see things differently.
MAke an effort to appreaciate pple around me.
Learn to listen, slow to speak.(although i think still have lots more to improve on)
learn to think of consequences before i react.
slow in making harsh decisions.
regretting lesser things that i have said or done.
tactful is the KEy.

Pastor Tan preached a message of excellence last week.i felt that it applies to all :)

*Thinking with Excellence*

Right thinking will have Right behaviour.
always hear pple talk about a person of Virtue..

Virtue is Greek= Excellence

Excellence means to exceed a given standard that is ordinary, average, terrible or unworthy.
Another even better definition is: Excellence is to be superior in Quality, transcend the job description and to outdo urself each time. WOw WOw WOw.

1) Excellence is to be superior in Quality.

Mediocracy is the enemy of excellence.

Pastor shared a Statement that i seriously agreed on.(i'm guilty of it)
If u dun have time to do it right? then when will u have time to re-do? :(

DEtails determine destiny.

2) excellence is to obtain in quatity.

BE productive!
How successful we are is determine by the degree we willing to pay the price.

the main 3 areas excellence demand:

a) Demand on the heart.
b) Demand on your time.
every successful pple is a good time Mgr.
c)Demand on ur money.

3) Excellence is to transcend ur job description.
DO more than what we are expected.

4) Excellence is to outdo urself each time. :)


Lets really go the extra mile to love each other n most importantly: Almighty Father.
