YEs. u can get what u focus on..we gotta plan for 2008. GOd is the director while u r the scriptwriter.yeah!so start planning..(write them down at least)

u fail to plan, u plan to fail..

always dreaming is not going to bring u very far..hence we have to set goals to give our dreams our hands n feet to grow to become a reality..

stop procrastinating n start planning..

learn to set SMARTER goals.

S-list down ur goals specifically

M- measurable? how would u measure ur success?

A-describe ur action plan

R-r ur goals realistic?

T-what is ur TIme frame? many secular mgt boog will only teach us till here. but as christians..we gonna be smarter..

E-expectation mgt.. under what circunstances will u consider adjustments?

R-REvelation.(impt) write a promise or verse from BIble.remember we have the HOLy SPIrit.

areas that u might want to set goals in- SPiritual life,family n frens,health,emotional psychological growth, education intellectual Professional, MAterial, Leisure, creativity..

If u dun even know ur destination, how do u know at the end of the yr u've arrived?:)

Pple who is wise is always flexible..

Pastor said something .. rather than asking why am i here for? we can ask whom am i here for?? yeahh...

The opposite of FOcus is Distraction..

1)dun get distracted by interim Successes

2) dun get distracted by Competition..

dun get jeolous n envious of others... cos either of this will drain all energy away..e moment pple copy us, u should be glad!thats mean u r e head n not the tail.if the moment u need to copy others, then u need to reflect on yourself..

COmpetition will only harm oneself if we do not handle correctly..Instead of focusing on the goals..u might get distracted cos u're wanting to win others..

AS christians.. u gotta be wise. NEver be envious n jealous. cos it might kill our soul..FOCUS on the vision that GOs has given u.

3) dun get distracted by e pain of life... it will bring us further..
